Billing FAQ

Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe automatically.
What happens to unused credits when I cancel?
Subscription credits stay usable until the end of your paid period. Top-up credits never expire, cancelled or not.
How do refunds work?
Refund requests can be submitted from Settings → Billing within 24 hours of purchase, provided no credits have been used and your account hasn't received a refund before. Requests are reviewed manually within 3 business days. Full conditions in the refund policy; your statutory consumer rights always apply.
Do you support promo codes?
Yes — there's a promo code field on the checkout page. Discounts apply automatically at payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
